SRI GANGADHARA WINS APPEAL
Sri Gangadhara also wins his appeal in court on August 19, 2017
Now both Sri S. Naganand and Sri Gangadhara have won their appeal cases against Narasimhamurthy and the other manipulators in the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Trust in Muddenahalli. Here is the Court Order which puts restraints on Narasimhamurthy and other parties who acted against the stipulations set of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Trust deed.
This Order of the Court in favour of Sri Gangadhara has not only returned him to his rightful position in the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Trust, but it also clearly restricts Narasimhamurthy, Madhusudan Naidu, Shetty and the other defendants in their actions so they can no longer interfere in the operation of Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Trust in Alike and in Muddenahalli.
Of course, this is not the end of the legal action as there is still the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust case in the Court of Chikballapur to win.
Let us pray to Swami for a fair, honest and ethical judicial process to be followed there in the near future in order to recover the lands, properties and students' hearts stolen by Narasimhamurthy and gang.
