STATEMENT OF ALLEGIANCE TO BHAGWAN SRI SATHYA SAI BABA --
WHO’S WORDS ARE TRUTH
I wish to make clear to Sai friends and acquaintances that I do not wish to associate with members of the Muddenahalli group or their supporters.
My decision is based on Swami’s teachings, words, and advice from the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust who I believe are representatives of Swami’s authority and guidance for the benefit of sincere devotees.
Please find below the copy of the said guidance given in the Sanathana Sarathi monthly magazine on more than one occasion.
I find it difficult to accept that Office Bearers of some Sai Centres who have the special trust of devotees have not taken on this cautionary advice or passed it on to Sai Centre members.
The fact remains that members who do want to follow the cautionary advice of the Trust cannot attend centre programmes or activities because of the attendance of Madhu followers.

"NOW HEAR THIS: I NEVER SPEAK THROUGH ANOTHER;
I NEVER POSSESS ANOTHER OR USE ANOTHER AS A VEHICLE OF EXPRESSION.
I COME DIRECT, I COME STRAIGHT, I COME AS I AM, TO CONFER PEACE AND JOY."

THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD COMPANY
Human life by itself is very sacred. But it becomes good or bad according to the company with which it is associated. When you keep iron in dust, it gets rusted. But when the same iron is put in fire, it gets rid of its rust, becomes soft, and starts shining. Particles of dust rise up in the sky in the company of wind but fall down into gutter when they are associated with rainwater. The dust particles do not have wings to fly up in the sky, nor have they feet to jump down. Both, their rise and their fall happen by the effect of the company. Your good or bad depends upon the type of company you join. Good company makes you sacred and divine. Bad company gives rise to bad feelings and bad thoughts, which prompt you to perform bad deeds. Therefore, it is essential for you to join good company and develop your humanness. - Divine Discourse Jul 08, 1996
Whoever may commit an offence, whether a son, daughter, spouse, a relation or a close associate, one will be free from the taint of being accessory to the crime only if they oppose the wrong action and try to correct the offender genuinely. If on the contrary, they allow it or encourage it to be done, they will be guilty of abetment and experience the fruits of their action. - Divine Discourse, Oct 11, 1986, - BABA
