Importance of Samadhi Darshan and Sathya Sai Organisation
Dr narendranath reddy, chairman of the prasanthi council
Thousands of devotees from all over the world visit Prasanthi Nilayam for Samadhi darshan. It is our great good fortune and blessing that each one of us received unconditional love from Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, who also called upon us to serve in His divine mission to uplift humanity. A few ungrateful people are desecrating and vilifying the sacred shrine of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba by condemning His Samadhi and mocking the pilgrims who visit Prasanthi Nilayam. The Muddenahalli Group has issued statements criticising and defaming the sacred grounds hallowed by Bhagawan, and visited by His devotees worldwide – Prasanthi Nilayam. This is a response from Dr. Narendranath Reddy, Chairman of the Prasanthi Council regarding this sacrilege.

There are 3 meanings to the word Samadhi First, Samadhi is a place where the body of a holy saint is laid to rest. The second meaning indicates that He [Swami] starts functioning from there, just as Shirdi Sai operates from Shirdi.
Devotee numbers are increasing day-by-day to Mecca, though Allah is not there in the physical form. Devotees are increasing day-by-day to Shirdi, but Shirdi Baba is not there in His physical form! Dargah (a Sufi shrine built over the grave of a revered religious figure, often a Sufi saint) is only a Samadhi, but people go on visiting there. Jerusalem and Bethlehem, which are the main holy pilgrim centres for Christians, are full of devotees, though Jesus is not there in His physical form. People go to Bodh Gaya, Sanchi and Sarnath, where there are well-known temples of Buddha. But, Buddha is not there in physical form. Then, why would you not visit Prasanthi Nilayam, though He is not there is His physical form?
As Buddha is electrically vibrant in Bodh Gaya, as Jesus is very much alive in Jerusalem, as the Kaaba of Mecca is ever vibrant, as Shirdi's Samadhi is wish-fulfilling, Sathya Sai's Samadhi is vibrant, radiant, wish-fulfilling and ever energetic! Submit your prayers there, surrender to the Samadhi, touch that Samadhi, or let your forehead touch that Samadhi. you will experience what Baba is!
An electricity socket is hanging there. Touch it with your fingers and you will know what electricity is! You will get an electric shock! Go to the Samadhi, touch the Samadhi, or merely think of the Samadhi, and you will experience Sathya Sai Baba's vibrations entering into your body. When you think of your father, you begin to imagine him. When you think of your mother, you begin to feel her presence. Similarly, when you think of the Samadhi, when you pray to the Samadhi, it is the same as Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. It is Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, no doubt about it!

Every Atom of Prasanthi Nilayam Is Baba
Sai Baba is waiting there: Prasanthi Nilayam is His place. Puttaparthi is the place where He was born and where He spent eighty-five years. He never moved out of Puttaparthi, except for occasional, sporadic, incidental visits to Bombay, Chennai, Delhi and a few other places, that's all! Most of the time He spent in Puttaparthi as Puttaparthi was so dear to Him.

The Meaning Of MahaSamadhi Or Shrine – Sathya Sai Baba

What is the Significance of Sathya Sai Baba’s Samadhi? ~ We learned from Swami all the important practises of an aspirant and how to achieve the highest from our practise. One of the most important spiritual practises that one can incorporate into regular puja is daily worship at the “jeeva samadhi tomb or shrine.” (Samadhi) The reason being that the guru’s presence is still alive, although not seen, but still conveying energy to all who seek. The shakti energy remains forever in the Shrine of a powerful teacher – much the same as it did during his life-time. That is to say his energy radiated out to seekers through the body while he was alive, but now the “same energy” radiates to all from His Shrine.
Sai Baba is still working through his vibration, much as he had done over the decades while alive. Today, Sai Baba’s Samadhi has a concentrated energy force that permeates all areas of his ashram. Very much like a vortex of a storm, this energy or shakti is far-reaching. The uplifting vibrations are apparent in and around the Shine, embedded as they are, in every nook and cranny of the immediate area of the Samadhi. The guru’s shakti has now become a forceful tool for enlightenment. For those who come to the Shrine to worship and practise, there’s nothing better than the vibrations of the late Sai Baba.
The jeeva samadhi shrines/samadhi of any great gurus can lead aspirants further toward their chosen spiritual goal. The most important first step in all of spiritual life is awareness, thus the guru is the very one to point that out. Every human-being has the In-dweller source, it is the guru’s job to seek out our very own In-dweller, the liberator of our souls. Often it takes someone with a powerful shakti to drive us inward to where the source of our being is waiting to be discovered. Our own In-dweller lays dormant until we are awakened by the forceful shakhi of a true guru/spiritual director. Thus, the search for the In-dweller, the one without a second, is the quest of all living beings.
Of course, for seekers of material gain and those with desires, worship at the jeeva samadhi of their chosen guru can help take away their need to fulfill their desires, for they will focus on the inner life through daily practice. Thus the “material minded” may get what they seek for a while, but are transformed over time into true seekers. There are “humbug” seekers always, and once the guru is gone, they will leave the ashram, due to lack of interest in “inner work.”
Spiritual awareness and worship at the Shrine/Samadhi is very helpful in turning our minds away from all worldly desires and soon brings peace and a true sense of fulfilment to those seekers who are determined. This is the importance of darshan at the Shrine/Samadhi of a great guru like Sai Baba, or others like Ramana Maharshi.

the significance of SHIRDI BABA'S TOMB
Bhagawan Ramana Maharshi said that contact with one's Sadguru continues even after his physical death.
The phenomenal spread of devotion to Shirdi Sai Baba in this country today is chiefly the work of his tomb
which 'moves' and 'speaks' with His devotees.

shirdi sai baba promised....
"When the temple is built, we shall inhabit it and ever afterwards live in joy."
“I shall be active and vigorous even from the tomb.”
"My tomb shall bless and speak to the needs of My devotees."
"My bones will assure you from My samadhi.
It will communicate with you.
It will respond to whoever surrenders to it."
'My murshid (guru) has already freed me from this body.
Whoever thinks that this body is Sai Baba, hasn't seen Sai Baba at all.'
'My tomb will speak, my tomb will move, my tomb will answer,'
just as his physical body had been answering.
IN STARK CONTRAST AND In SHEER IGNORANCE,
NarasimhaMurthy Condemns worshipping THE holy Mahasamadhi!
"The greatest misfortune that has fallen on Sai devotees is hundreds and thousands of devotees that were worshipping the physical form of Swami, today due to their utter misfortune they have distanced themselves from Swami (Madhu). When Swami (Madhu) is going everywhere and doing everything, blinded by their ignorance, foolish devotees are going around the stone samadhi (in Puttaparthi) instead of taking advantage of Swami (Madhu) here (in Muddenahalli) - foolish people who are not participating in any service, but simply claiming to be devotees. Such unfortunate and hypocritic devotees are more in India and less numbers in overseas. When Swami (Madhu) goes abroad wherever he (Madhu) goes, they become attracted and are ready to do any sort of thing for Swami."

response to narasimhamurthy, madhu, issac and srinivas
AS THEY PARADE ALONG WITH THEIR CHARADE . . .
The greatest misfortune that has fallen on Narasimhamurthy (and his Muddenahalli gang) is that today, due to their utter misfortune, they have greatly distanced themselves from Swami (Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba). While Swami is the omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent Witness, these foolish fraudsters, blinded by their ignorance, desires, ego, feelings of power and self-importance, are going around the world of Maya, shamelessly marketing themselves and their products instead of immersing themselves in the eternal Sanathana Dharma and teachings of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and Grace of the Divine Samadhi . . . foolish scam artists who seem to have forgotten that their robbery scheme will collapse when Swami wills it, and then they face an unfathomable (bottomless) karmic burden for being such unfortunate, hypocritical Judases! When these crooks go abroad, Swami is watching their every move as Maya attracts and totally swallows them up!
fraud squad statements are clearly false
Whatever Madhusudan Naidu, Narasimhamurty, Issac Tigrett and C. Srinivas have said about Prashanti Nilayam:
these statements are totally false and utter lies, pre-meditated to destroy Swami's original Sathya Sai Organisation. Swami will never allow that to happen!
Jai Sai Ram!
- that the devotees of Prasanthi Nilayam are wasting their time around the Samadhi,
- that the devotees in Prasanthi Nilayam are in primary school, while Madhu's devotees are in high school,
- that the original teachings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba are no longer valid . . .
these statements are totally false and utter lies, pre-meditated to destroy Swami's original Sathya Sai Organisation. Swami will never allow that to happen!
Jai Sai Ram!
