SSSIO ZONE OR COUNTRY LEADERS AS WELL AS DEVOTEES:
SEND EMAILS TO the appropriate EMBASSies IN INDIA
Leaders and devotees in the Sathya Sai Organisation need to be informed of the international travel plans of the Muddenahalli leaders in advance so that appropriate action can be taken at higher levels some time before Muddenahalli leaders travel to any particular country. The intention of these emails is to inform and hopefully stop their visit to that country, thereby protecting innocent devotees and preventing local donors from being defrauded.
Send emails and/or letters to the country's embassies in India some weeks or months before the Muddenahalli group plans to come there. Inform these embassies of the true history and legacy of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, letting the embassies know the reasons why this handful of characters do not represent the Sri Sathya Sai International Organization.
It may be enough to inform the embassies that they are traveling on tourist visas but in fact visiting in order to solicit huge sums of money from unsuspecting devotees in that country. As soliciting funds while traveling on a tourist visa is a punishable offense in many countries, they should not be welcome to visit that country.
Using the precedent set by Zone 9A Chair person, this may be an effective way to protect the local devotees from this fraudulent break-away sect. In the letter composed by the Chair person of the Sai Organisation (or any devotee/leader), the following points can be covered in their letter:
This Muddenahalli "gang" (Madhusudan Rao Naidu, Narasimha Murthy, Issac Tigrett, C Srinivas) are in violation of the visa rules as they usually arrive on tourist visas but then engage in soliciting the collection of funds from unsuspecting and gullible people attending their meetings.
Include the documentation of the Nigerian episode in July 2016 where the police picked up and investigated this group after receiving a report from the Chair person of Zone 9A regarding their suspicious activities. Find all those reports on the Nigerian Deportation page.
Also include reference to USA Attorney Robert Baskin's legal warning letter.
To include photos of the Muddenahalli frauds in your email/letter, go to URGENT SEVA page and copy from the top of the page.

Your Excellency:
Dear Mr/Madam Ambassador (or High Commissioner)
This letter is to bring to your notice a possible violation of visa rules and conditions by the group of members hereby noted in this email. This group is planning to travel to PUT THE COUNTRY HERE most likely on a tourist visa sometime in PUT DATES HERE of this year, probably from Bengaluru, India. We sincerely request that this group and their activities be monitored diligently and if possible, that entry be denied on the observations made.
Sri Sathya Sai Baba was a world renowned spiritual teacher, educationalist and philanthropist from India who passed away on the 24th April 2011. During His lifetime, Baba taught universal love and tolerance for all people and all religions. He led a life committed to charitable social service and executed an enormous amount of charitable work, providing free education (from First Standard to PhD level), free health care (through the establishment of super specialty and general hospitals) and free access to fresh drinking water to millions in India through the organisation He established. That organisation, the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, continues to run these institutions and undertakes various activities to carry forward the legacy of Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
During His lifetime, Baba firmly and repeatedly forbade the collection of money in His name, even for the purpose of conducting charitable activities, and relied on the generous nature of His followers, without requests, to ensure that His many projects had the needed finances.
He also declared that He would have no successors and repeatedly said that those who claim to act as mediums and say they have messages from Him are frauds.
However in 2011, shortly after the passing of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, a disgruntled group of individuals declared that Madhusudan Naidu, a former student of one of Baba’s universities, was acting as a medium and transmitting messages from the ghost of Sathya Sai Baba. This group created a separate financial trust in order to collect donations. They then began to travel around India and other parts of the world soliciting donations from those who attended their public programmes, while claiming that it is the departed spirit of Sai Baba who was asking these people for money, through the voice of Madhusudan Naidu. Both of these fraudulent activities are clear violations of Baba’s directives.
Please note that this group is not associated in any way with the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, nor the Sri Sathya Sai International Organisation which is carrying on the charitable work of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Both the trust and international organisation are opposed to the activities of this group as they are in complete violation of the teachings of Sathya Sai Baba.
The group, whose names are supplied in this document, are soliciting funds while usually traveling on tourist visas which is a punishable offence in many countries. The modus operandi of this group is to travel as a group of tourists to various foreign countries, and whilst in these countries they hold public events and gatherings in which they indirectly solicit funds. The group later gives those who attended their programmes ‘charitable projects’ to complete which involve the solicitation of millions of dollars in donations which are then sent to one of this group’s financial trusts in India.
There have been many incidents throughout the world and many people have tried to alert the various authorities in the hope of preventing innocent donors from being defrauded.
This group was denied entry in Australia last year for unspecified reasons. They were investigated in Nigeria over suspected fraudulent activities in July 2016. They were legally warned in USA for misuse of registered name, logos and emblems. I respectfully ask that the group are not issued with tourist visas to visit PUT NAME OF COUNTRY which we believe is planned for PUT MONTH OR DATES of this year in order to prevent fraudulent activity of any kind being perpetrated on NAME OF COUNTRY citizens.
Yours Sincerely

AUSTRALIA
On at least one occasion, Australia has kept these Muddenahalli leaders out of their country by denying them visas using the above suggested approach of warning the embassies of the truth about these people. New Zealand has also been spared from a Muddenahalli visit till date, and is prepared to use the same approach as Australia. Be sure to include the Nigerian Police Report as an attachment.
